Guilherme Eichner has a degree in Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), a specialist degree in Preventive Veterinary Science/Animal Products and in Controllership from the same institution, as well as a specialist degree in Business and People Leadership from ESPM and in Safety Engineering from UNIVATES. He is currently studying for an MBA in Marketing at USP/Esalq.
As Chief Operating Officer, Guilherme's goal is to accompany the expansion of the business in Latin America. His role will be to manage all of the subsidiary's administrative operations to help with decision-making in the COMEX, logistics, production and quality sectors. “Phytobiotics has grown a lot in recent years in Brazil and Latin America with a very good commercial bias, technically viable products and a well-prepared sales team. Now, the operation has to get stronger and stronger to support these areas.”
In a career spanning more than 25 years in business units in Brazil, Guilherme has experience as an Executive Manager in large companies such as Perdigão, BRF and JBS/Seara.
When asked about his expectations for the future, Guilherme comments: “We are expanding our product portfolio and advancing in supply quality. I'm excited about what has already been built and my expectation is that we will continue to grow like this.”
