To maintain our growth, we are looking for a motivated Regulatory Affairs Manager.

The position
As Regulatory Affairs Manager, you are part of a talented and dynamic team. You are responsible for developing registration strategies and submit product dossiers to national authorities, assuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You interact closely with colleagues in other teams, especially Product Developers and Product Managers. You report to the Global Head of Product Development and Management. 

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate Regulatory Affairs projects across regions
  • Develop registration strategies
  • Make sure the completeness of registration files, cooperating with consultants, labs, CROs and clients
  • Communicate with responsible regulatory authorities as well as with notified bodies
  • Manage pre- and post-applications requests
  • Review and validate studies and trials
  • Being the contact point for colleagues within the company for all questions concerning regulatory affairs
  • Stay informed about any changes in legislation etc.

Your profile
  • Relevant degree in a scientific discipline as Agricultural Science, Veterinary, Life Sciences
  • Initial regulatory affairs experience, preferably in an international company with focus on animal nutrition
  • Good contact to national competent authorities
  • Experience with the relevant legal environment
  • Good process and project management skills
  • Perfect command of English - German is a plus
  • Independent, accurate, goal-oriented, systematic work style
  • Strong communication skills and orientation to teamwork
  • Good analytical thinking, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
